Compression stockings

The heavy legs effect is one of the first signs of a pathology far more common than is believed: venous insufficiency.
This is characterized by an alteration of the valves, small valves that normally prevent the blood from descending in the legs (venous return). When these valves no longer fulfill their function, the blood flows downwards and particularly in the small veins, we call it venous stasis. This stagnation of the blood causes pain, especially at the level of the calves, which slowly reduce the mobility.
